  • Keeping the day-to-day hum of the office running smoothly including facilities, reception, petty cash management, new starter site induction, and so much more.
  • Organizing and delivering much anticipated staff events including weekly breakfasts, lunches, BBQ’s and Friday drinks and encouraging virtual equivalents.
  • Supporting the EA’s to the directional leads where required.

Achievements

  • Sourcing more eco-friendly consumables and cleaning products to help reduce our environmental impact.
  • Updating the reception entry point with a digital sign-in solution that integrates with Slack, coupled with an on brand rotating welcome screen.
  • Souring updated suppliers for our new starter onboarding swag
  • Supporting PaperCutters during and after the COVID lockdowns to ensure they had not only everything they needed to do their jobs, but also stay connected with each other and the company
  • Redesigning the large outdoor garden bed on our deck area with the inclusion of Australian native plants.
  • Fronting the PaperCut band TONE-R in the 2018 and 2019 Battle of the Agile Bands
