Liaise with with all members of the nephrology team to facilitate a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Liaise with medical, surgical, allied health and administrative staff across the organisation during the workup process.
Effective communication with potential donors and recipient through appropriate and well timed information and education.
Act as a resource person for staff with respect to pre-dialysis transplant process and live donor process.
Organisation of participants in the Australian New Zealand Paired Kidney Exchange Program.
Develop treatment plans for ABOI transplant recipients in collaboration with members of the clinical team.
Acting upon referrals from medical and other sources for potential live donor and deceased donor transplant recipients.
Disseminate information to colleagues regarding current hospital renal transplant activities.
Participate in the accurate and timely collection of data for entry into the ANZDATA database.
Reporting monthly KPI's.
Attendance of CKD and Transplant renal clinic and other specialities with regards to combined organ transplant patients.
