Rigger/Crane Operator

• Working as a Crane Operator and Advanced Rigger on various construction sites throughout the metropolitan area moving equipment up to 80 tonne and various precast panels up to 26 tonne,materials handling equipment, pipework and valve systems using various 10 - 600 Tonne Tower, Crawler and Mobile Cranes, 2-60 Tonne Forklifts, Frannas, EWP, Spider Cranes and Hiab Cranes.
• Safely operating various Excavators, Dozers and Diggers up to 20 Tonne to undertake excavation works.
• Provided leadership and technical guidance to other team members and apprentices including the correct usage of basic hand tools, dogging, rigging techniques and crane operating.
• Liaised with all key stakeholders, including teams of crane drivers, carpenters, riggers, scaffolders, supervisors and construction site managers, to ensure projects comply with safety standards whilst ensuring consistent and quality standards as per KPI objectives.
