  • My role currently is to be onsite so this includes overseeing all the day to day. This includes managing the rigging, tech, crane crew, traffic and other contractors.
  • I handle the health and safety, toolbox talks, equipment prep and the organization of the site. Whilst being very hands on with all installations, repairs and faults.
  • As a supervisor my role varies but consistency in my ability to plan ahead and time management is key for myself. It helps others around me including myself to set a high standard and keep that standard going from start to finish. This ultimately plays off for the company when projects get over the line to a high pass mark.
  • A very important task i do is to conduct daily summary’s and an estimated completion time of varies phases of the wireless project. To help and assist the project managers to complete SLO dates and important millstones. Giving confidence within our team and setting a high achievement rate.

  • Currently working on various projects in Victoria rolling out the next generation of the 4G/5G.
  • As per technical site drawing we install, update and test full site builds for T1 clients like Optus, Vodaphone, TPG AND Telstra.
  • Building all types of steelwork, installing antennas, RRUs, RF cables, fibre, DC and all electrical circuits. All within a tight deadline and high risk work environment.
  • All telecoms work can be installed, changed or tested from heights of anywhere from 5 to 100 meters. Our work has a high level of accuracy and a high degree finish. Which can be seen by our pass rate of sites completed throughout the year.
  • Mainly using Ericsson and Nokia equipment always keeping up to date with training and familiar with the newest technology.
  • Keeping high levels of communication between techs, riggers, project managers and clients to achieve completed and importantly tested and passed off jobs.
