I always strive to gain the respect of my colleagues, like in my previous Jobs, going from cleaning bins and dishes as a 15 year old to an Assistant venue manager in my later years and being one of the youngest people at Coca-Cola, I had to work hard to earn the respect of highly decorated employees in the business.
