I am an accomplished Home loan guide who is both dependable and proficient. Through my 1 year of working in this role and my overall 4 working in finance I have amassed a large skill set in both providing exceptional financial service to clients while also being able to train others to do the same. I am willing to take on additional responsibilities in order to assist the business in meeting our KPI's whilst also always putting the customer first. I am organized and hardworking and eager to put this into my new role.
For the past year I have worked as a home loan guide which is a loan processor role within a digital mortgage brokerage. Through this role I have worked directly with clients and brokers throughout the entire loan application process from identifying client need to final settlement. This role has a great many tasks within it which I have been able to learn and grow proficient in, some of which i have listed below;
I believe that I have become quite proficient in this role which has lead to additional opportunities being provided to me above the normal tasks for this role which I have happily taken on. These have come in the form of being able to run our morning standups on a Friday in addition to conducting a training meeting on new process across the team. Additionally I have been trusted with providing support and training to new hires on not only every day process but the role as a whole which I have gladly taken on due to my passion for training.
My Role as a manager at McDonald's was instrumental in growing my managements skills, not only of people, but of the everyday running of a business. This role saw me overseeing the business at a higher level which involved a great variety of tasks, some of which have been listed below;
