I have worked in hospitality for the past 5 years and for the past year I have lived and worked on Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays in which I have gained experience in many roles such as fine dining venues, events, buffets, cafes, taverns and hotel admin. I am near completion of my Diploma in Travel and Tourism where I have learnt a plethora of sales techniques, trends and many other aspects the tourism sector. I am attentive with superior knowledge of ethnic dining and dedication to fantastic dining experiences. I am trained in POS systems, event catering and table-side serving with a high understanding of food and beverage pairings and great salesmanship.
