• Assisting in day-to-day running of the centre and contributing to maintain the compliance requirements for children’s education and care services
• Developed Behaviour management plan to foster a positive learning environment
• Collaborated with other educators to develop curriculum standards and objectives.
• Organising a consistent daily routine for children, including sufficient meal times, nap times, playtimes, and educational activities
• Supporting children's development, such as providing activities that develop their understanding of the world and help them learn new skills.
• Monitoring and recording children's progress and their interests to provide more tailored support in the future
• Preparing and cooking healthy meals or snacks for children to promote a nutritious diet while also considering specific dietary needs and any potential allergens
• Supervising children to ensure their safety at all times
• Supporting high levels of hygiene, liaising policies and procedures with parents during infectious diseases or exclusion period
