Over the last 2 years I have gained valuable experience within the retail environment providing me with important customer service and workplace skills. In my current role I am completing tasks that demand time management and problem solving abilities whilst maintaining high safety and quality standard in a fast paced environment. I am proficient in handling customer complaints and requests through de-escalation and providing relevant information and options to resolve inquiries. I am a hard working and fast learning individual ready to apply and develop these skills within this role.
