As a support worker, I am responsible for providing a high level of care to my clients while maintaining their safety and well-being. This involves a range of duties, including maintaining detailed records of progress, documentation of services, case notes, behaviours, and incidents.

In addition to this, I provide assistance to clients with complex needs in daily living activities as well as administering medications.

Throughout my role, I always adhere to company requirements for participants interactions and care standards, ensuring that they received the best possible support.

As a team leader, I played a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our organization. I facilitated family meetings to discuss participants care plans and managed a caseload to satisfy multiple clients with diverse needs. I assisted clients in accessing assistance and other community resources, and participated in interdisciplinary care conferences to discuss their roster of care plans and referrals. Overall, my efforts helped to maintain a high level of quality care and support for our clients.

As a Registered Nurse, I organized and managed care for patients undergoing various therapies and procedures, ensuring that each patient received quality-driven, cost-effective care. I worked in a high-volume trauma setting and delivered appropriate medical care for ICU patients, including exceptional care to high-acute patients needing complex care such as ventilator management, extensive wound care, and rehabilitation.
