Research to gain insight in business industry

I'm working with my group member to conduct research on carpooling services to introduce a multinational company called Blablacar to Australia. We're working together to finalize a report to show our research results. I've been working on the business opportunity part with another group member. We searched for reliable information released by the government and giant consultation companies like Mckinsey from the global version. I analyze the 3 C's Model(Customer, Company, Competitor)and SWOT of Blablacar. I find that there are many strengths and opportunities accompanied by there're many strengths and opportunities accompanied with some weaknesses and threats. By working together, I have learned a lot from other members which will help me do better later in my career.
