• Observing projects and properties from start through to delivery by prioritising needs whilst being delegated tasks.

The title allocated to me essentially gave me the opportunity to support the inner workings to assist with providing corporate, cost-effective real estate solutions for both clients on high and low levels.

• Sit-in on in-person/online meetings held with clients.
• Direct contact with clients to understand their requirement and prepare a Needs Analysis report based on the findings.
• Conduct and attend tenancy inspections.
• Constant communication with agents to generate Option Schedules, prepare Cashflow Statements, Financial Analysis, Lease Reviews/Summaries & HOA documents.
• Prepare engagement forms, RFI’s to market, RFP’s to landlords.

Prior to relocating to QLD, I held the position of a ‘Property Consultant’ within Fletchers Real Estate, working under the Principal, Reilly Waterfield.

The role consisted of providing property investment advice to clients to identify the most cost-effective, and practical approach to assist clients to achieve their objectives.

• Advise clients purchasing real estate.
• Prospecting (both on phone and in person).
• Social Advertisements.
• Handling paperwork (preparing CMA reports and property reports).
• Set-up and attend OFI's
• Computer competencies through platforms such as RP Data, Box & Dice and CRM.
