  • Giving out medication to the residents and assisting them if they seek help.
  • Contacting and faxing the pharmacy in relation to the resident’s medication
  • Wound care, filling wound assessment and wound chart in I-care.
  • Document any changes on the resident’s progress note in I-care and book the doctor (If required)
