• As a finance team member, I oversee Navitas entity SAE AU, leading GL management encompassing month end financial and management reports:
• Execute month-end closing processes (post accrual, prepayment, and provision journals);
• Perform general ledger reconciliation, investigate, and resolve unreconciled items promptly, ensure that every reconciled GL account has solid supporting documents;
• Prepare month-end P&L, review variance against Budget/Latest Estimate, provide commentary and support to explain variance against key accounts;
• Maintain Fix Asset Register, Asset Clearing Account and WIP Account;
• Reconcile GST and lodge GST through ATO Portal;
• Drafting procedure for finance process and instruction for running report;
• Collaborate extensively with external auditors during the audit process.

Sunshine Contracting Group is a Tier 1 Gyprock company located in NSW and ACT. It offers design, fit out, interiors and external cladding, through a broad industry. And it works deeply with many builders such as CPB, Multiplex, Icon and Buildcorp.

• Examining operation costs, income and expenditure of company and individual projects; review and monitor compliance of ongoing project contracts costs to major contract values; assisting in budget formulation
• Monitor cash positions and anticipate future cash deficiencies and report to management
• Reconciliation of accounts and preparing monthly, quarterly financial statements and cost analysis report for presentation to management
• Reviewing and auditing recorded transactions in internal accounting system for accuracy and compliance to application statutory requirements
• Assurance of accuracy of information in accounting system for purposes of information being able to be used for preparation of BAS, financial statements and tax returns
• Providing general financial and taxation advice to management; assisting in preparing year-end tax filing
• Outsource and liaise with external tax advisory when highly-technical and specialised taxation and financial advice is necessary
• Maintain and publish company and projects structures and internal control reports.

Luxeland Group is a property developer located in Sydney NSW. Luxeland Group Management Pty Ltd is performing all the admin services for Luxeland Group companies (around 10 companies) and projects (5 Projects).

• Daily entry into accounts system; reconciliation and produce monthly financial statements; prepare tax compliances for each company, including monthly and quarterly BAS and FBT tax returns
• Oversee and review monthly construction progress claim and development draw requests
• Monitor and review monthly receivables and payables for accuracy, adjustments, and corrections
• Liaising with external consultants on various tax matters, including margin scheme, land tax exemption, tax consolidation etc
