As a final-year student at Monash University, pursuing a Bachelor of Business and Information Technology with majors in International Business and Software Development, I bring a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience to any role. My professional journey includes an impactful IT internship at Rail Projects Victoria, along with roles at Ritchie's IGA and the Boroondara Council, where I honed my technical and interpersonal skills. My expertise spans help desk support, customer service, coding, and project documentation, all underpinned by a strong understanding of Agile methodology.
