Responsibilities and Experience

• Assist in site identification and growth opportunities.
• Drive and assist management and delivery of development projects.
• Design management from Schematic, Town Planning, to early stages of Design Development.
• Consultant procurement and management of various teams including architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Projects

• Yarrawonga - Site identification, assisted in acquisition and due diligence through to board approval. Managed initial consultant team engagement and town planning design phase.
• Beveridge & Thurgoona - Onboarded and managed consultant teams to both town planning submissions.
• Warragul - Assisting in subdivision and settlement of site. Working with consultant team to bring design to town planning stage whilst managing council relationship for civil works required external to site.

Responsibilities and Experience

• Evaluate store performance and parameters to determine site feasibility for business initiatives.
• Established positive rapport with landlords through regular communication, coordination and approval processes for business initiatives and special projects across national portfolio.
• Skillful internal and external stakeholder management to coordinate projects, meet deadlines and report on project status.
• Professionally exercise due diligence for new projects, protecting Coles' and landlords' rights.

Key projects

• Accelerated Loss Prevention Program - Coordinated rapid approval and installation of 300 Smart Gates to existing fleet in under 2 months. Currently working on additional 300 stores receiving various loss prevention initiatives by EOFY.
• Digital Screens - Supported original 300 and additional 250 store rollout of front end marketing solutions boosting customer engagement.
• Solar - Supported in site identification and approvals of 100 solar system installations on supermarket and liquor stores as a result of Coles & Origin partnership.

Customer based role, participating in customer service responsibilities through professional and effective communication. Trained new staff members, built strong customer relationships, responsible for store open/close, and managed afternoon shifts.

Crew Trainer of 2 years. Competent in directing learning for new and existing employees. Member of Safety Squad to ensure effective communication and safety measures through training team. Fully trained in all areas of store, as well as selected to take part in Cert 3 Retail course through McDonald's careers.
