National Planning

Senior coordinator learning & performing TMCA processes:

• Market, Sales & COSI forecasting
• Regular presentations of forecasts to internal & external stakeholders
• Collaborating with Sales (retail and directs) and Regional Planning divisions on demand & sales strategies, vehicle forecasting such as model launch and run-out

• Re-structured New Vehicles Supply & Demand Planning team to support business continuity, and improve resource constraints
• Oversee training and onboarding process for all newly hired employees within New Vehicles Supply & Demand Planning
• Complete strategic planning and presentation of vehicle supply proposals for TNZ and to TMC (parent company)
• Responsible for key New Vehicle Planning processes, including negotiations with TMC, collaboration across multiple interested departments and managing stakeholder expectations/requests.

• Perform a variety of analytical roles to support Parts Operations including financial reporting, pricing, and inventory
• Use data & collaborated with After Sales departments to develop the Parts Operations Budget & Forecast
• Complete, monitor and improve regular reporting, and meet monthly reporting deadlines (internally & externally to TMC)
• Monitor changes in FX rates and costs to analyse parts pricing structure and recommend changes
• Implement and communicate pricing changes
• Apply margin analysis to identify profit opportunities
• Inventory management including ordering, analysis & preparation of stock strategies
• Mastercoding of new parts and cleanse of existing data.

• Picked stock according to order sheets and prepared for transport
• Operated equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks and forklifts on daily basis
• Processed Air & Sea incoming goods, reconciling paperwork and checking for damages.
