  • Responsible for the end-to-end management of the project. Directing and monitoring the project's progress, coordinating cross-functional teams for the timely delivery and compliance of project requirements, and maintaining schedules to meet key milestones at every project phase.
  • Directed changes to project scope and cost and implemented appropriate change management processes to keep project on track.

  • Reporting to the General Manager of SecurePay Group (and skip level reporting line to Australia Post’s CFO), my role drove the continual development and refinement of the business strategy to enable effective investment and resource allocation, and alignment to Australia Post’s Enterprise strategic priorities
  • Principal relationship holder with acquirers, card schemes (i.e., Mastercard/VISA), strategic partners (i.e., PayPal) and SecurePay’s largest customer, National Australia Bank
  • My role led the business case formation and presentation to the Board and Executive Leadership Team, for the purpose of obtaining funding for the Group’s initiatives
  • Operational aspects of my role included leading Post-Implementation Reviews for major business incidents, through the division’s risk and compliance forums.

  • ·My role was the Senior Project Lead supporting the Business Lending Solutions department, consisting of 200+ operations staff. The key initiative that I delivered focused on removing touch points in process, releasing capacity to redirect it to highest risk transactions and ultimately improved time-to-yes for customers.

  • This was around centrally managing the stakeholders seeking to deliver changes to the network of 1000+ bankers and establishing the mechanisms for bankers to absorb the high rates of change.

  • The team were tasked with providing a range of operational support services to ~1,700 brokers within PLAN Australia’s membership: including compliance and regulation support, accreditation, lodgement systems support, training, and marketing assistance
  • Member of the PLAN Australia Leadership Team. This involved managing relationships with numerous external and senior internal business partners and key contribution to strategic planning and working closely with PLAN GM to deliver this strategy.
  • Lead risk role on the PLAN leadership team, working closely with Management Assurance (Risk) to ensure the business was compliant with governing risk frameworks, and any new legislation or regulatory obligations.
