Amanda has substantial experience, working on major transformational programs. Her work has predominately been in National Australia Bank (NAB) (but also Government and Energy sectors), managing projects that impact business units (circa ~200 employees) to business divisions (circa ~10,000+ employees). Her reputation is one of consistently delivering exceptional solutions whilst building enduring relationships with her stakeholders. She has strong business improvement experience (DMAIC/Six Sigma) as well as experience in front line banking leadership, operations management, strategy development and capability building.
Amanda takes a people-first approach to her work and has experience with Human Centred Design and Change Management methodologies, in order to deliver sustainable outcomes for customers, teams and stakeholders.
