Primary

• Aviation field sales representation NSW/QLD markets. Building and maintaining customer and key stakeholder relationships across both states.
• Working in collaboration with our National Commercial Manager and key industry partners to both create and and drive campaign activity.
• Contributing statistics to formulate commercial agreements with our key travel agent retail partners
• Monitoring and reporting competitor activity through both field and in-house market analysis.

Secondary

• Managing our small call centre/ticket office daily operations phone/email and walk in customers.
• Handling all aspects of fares+ticketing and fare distribution to market partners
• Airport check-in – Supervising our GHA at airport check in to ensure smooth customer processing.
• Airport operations - Co-ordination with all airport stakeholders during flight day operations - to ensure critical on time departure - working with strict deadlines and time constraints.

Product Administrator

• Developed and maintained product pricing data in the company's database.
