Key Duties/Responsibilities

1. PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

  • Source accommodation as determined by Manager Facility assets and purchasing
  • Undertake property inspections in accordance with accommodation policy to ensure compliance with tenancy conditions.

  • Initiate insurance claims procedures for damage or theft to Region accommodation property.

2. ADMINISTRATION

  • Provides reports, surveys, indicators and measurements in consultation with the of Manager Facility assets and purchasing.
  • Maintain database of energy consumption for region.
  • Coordinates work required to meet financial reporting and submission requirements of the Manager, Facilities, Assets and Purchasing.
  • Inputs minor work requests from tenants to the Engineering Depart. Management System.

3. VEHICLE MANAGEMENT

  • Coordinates administrative function with the vehicle fleet provider including leasing and replacement of vehicles.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of all regions vehicles utilising fleet provider information.
  • Undertake vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are road worthy.
  • Ensures vehicle users are informed of requirements to complete safety inspections and vehicle logbooks.
  • Responsible for ensuring the adequacy relating to licensing requirements of vehicle users is observed and safety equipment, as far as reasonable, is provided.
