At a young age I've successfully gained a strong knowledge and profession in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in overseeing venue logistics in various different venues ranging from small cafes to large entertainment venues with multiple activities and bars on site whilst still maintaining and enhancing operational efficiency. I'm well known across my roles for fostering collaborative team environments where all team members feel safe and motivated to attend their shifts and driving team and business success.
