At Boardroom I manage ESP plans for a list of over 20+ clients within the ASX 200 and their BAU tasks and events over the year which includes but is not restricted too:

• Dividends.
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual trust purchases
• Processing terminations
• and regular vesting's of units awarded to participants.

This requires constant planning and engagement with client contacts, as well as some significant administrative skills to ensure all tasks are actioned within the outlined deadline set.

Other Aspects of my role at BRD (Boardroom) consists of:

• Coordinating with operations staff to resolve service problems and boost client satisfaction.
• Increased efficiency and performance by monitoring team member productivity and providing feedback.
• Training and upskilling other employees within our team.

At Morgan Stanley, I operated on the Employee Share Scheme System known as Morgan Stanley At Work. Here I managed a range of clients all within the ASX 200. Some of these clients include:

• BHP
• Macquarie Group Ltd
• Iluka Resources Group
• LeadLease Corporation
• Mirvac Ltd
• WiseTech Global

At Morgan Stanley, I would maintain the BAU tasks and major client events, ensuring that all deadlines are meet and projects such as dividends, regular on market purchases and award vesting's are completed with a high degree of quality.

This work would require regular client meetings and planning calls with internal teams.

At St Augustine's College I managed and coached a variety of crew in the years 7 to 9. Here it was my responsibility to:

• Plan and organise trainings for crews..
• Supervise students on the water.
• Facilitate group coaching sessions and provided individual coaching support.

At the Park House Bar in Mona Vale, I was given the opportunity to learn how to manage a bar and the staff that work in it.

My role as Bar Manager required me to allocate tasks for other bar tenders and staff to complete throughout the shifts and help manage busy periods.

The Park House would often host large events such as Melbourne Cup Day lunches and other holiday occaisions. This enabled me to spear head projects and arrange for the appropriate purchasing of stock, while also managing the event in it entirety.

Over a 4 month period in 2021, I earned the opportunity to train and compete for Australia in rowing.

Some of the skills required for this included:

• Extensive planning for training and race events. Prompting a high degree of collaboration between crew members, coaches, physios and nutritionists.
• Persistence and consistency in the ability to partake in multiple daily trainings and to a high degree of quality.
• Perform in a high pressure environment.
• Collaborate with crew mates to maximise speed and endurance.
