• Planning and implementation of programming for the Foxtel Movies channels Comedy, Family and Greats.
• Analyse linear ratings data and utilise findings to influence future play patterns and promotions, curating stunts to maximise films ratings.
• Work with the multiple teams to ensure that film metadata is correct and successfully entered.
• Liaise with the marketing team to ensure that specific stunts, identified as popular with our audience, received adequate promotion on various platforms.
• Systems used in this role are primarily Citrix,IBMS, RaiCL and eTAM, with Excel being my main reporting tool.
• Above my day to day duties I do the following: Being a part of testing teams, executing specific tasks and stress testing updated versions of the systems.
• Trained others on updated processes relating to new aspects of programming.

· Customer service is always the focus.

· Using a POS system.

· Greeting, listening, building report, and selling to customers of all different ages and backgrounds.

· Recording sales figures, money handling procedures and reporting.

· Always making our store aesthetically presentable (clothes folded, mannequin’s changed).

· Ensuring the store is clean and safe.

· Extensive product knowledge behind our stock.

· Training new employees on how to present yourself and work on the floor of a busy retail outlet.

· Training new employees on basic retail knowledge such as answers to questions about products, how to work the computers and registers, how to refund etc.

· Writing and maintaining staff rosters.

· Having a good understanding about how our security system works.
