- Work on a 54km overland conveyor recording its running status and documenting any defects and where necessary authorize and communicate with Supervisors on shutting system down, isolating and repairing the problem
- Complete a detailed checklist daily on plant status, take ore samples for analysis and monitor ore grades to keep stockpiles in grade
- Locate, identify and raise notifications for unserviceable equipment throughout the plant
- Provide Hot Work Permits, Clearance to Work for Maintenance Crews, Confined Space Entry and perform equipment isolations for routine and unscheduled maintenance
