Helping facilitate the personal, social and emotional development of young people between the ages of 12-18.

Supervising a venue of twenty staff and seven security guards. This includes liaising with police and liquor license, cash tills, change and reconciliation. In this position I ensure the venue is adhering to all liquor laws, ensuring customer satisfaction and taking action to correct any
problems that may arise.

Managing pool operations including chemical tests, safety of patrons and maintaining a safe work environment.

Assisting in organisation of after school and holiday sporting events. This included supervision of Occupational health and safety policies and workingeffectively with fellow staff members. Within this
position I assisted with looking after a diverse group of over one hundred children, ages from 6-15.

Assisted with organising activities for youths. This included influencing the youths to make smarter choices, work better within a group setting and building character.

Within this position I managed self-work flow including attention to detail. This consisted of measurements, shaping and polishing of glass. I assisted in the installing of wooden and aluminium frames whilst preserving store equipment and materials. I also followed Occupational Health and
Safety Policies whilst operating machinery.
