Bradley Neill

An experienced Company Director and Property Valuer with over 25 years' experience in the property sector. After becoming a Director at the age of 23, I learnt early on in my career the value of leadership, team focus and high performance.

I have always strived for excellence and being number one in our field. Health issues between 2021 to 2023 necessitated the sale of my shares in Herron Todd White to allow a period of recovery. During this time I re-skilled, with casual roles in motorsport filling in during my monthly treatments.

With my treatment journey now coming to an end, I have the time and energy to re-enter the workforce in a full-time capacity. I still have a passion for property and roles in that sector. I enjoy leading by example but also can take direction from others.

• Retired from Herron Todd White (Darling Downs) Pty Ltd in April 2021 due to a re-lapse of Non-Hodkins lymphoma.
• Over the subsequest three years of ongoing but less intensive maintenance treatments, I transitioned into the motor racing industry in casual roles including driver coaching, race car engineering, team management and race transporter driving.
• Responsible for multiple race wins, lap records and driver promotion in Supercars Championship series via the Dunlop Super 2/3 program.
• With my ongoing treatment plan now completed, it is possible to re-enter the work-force in a full time capacity.

• Commenced work for Stanton Hillier Parker (Toowoomba) in 1995 as an Assistant Valuer.
• Attained registration as a Valuer in 1999.
• Appointed as a Director of Stanton Hillier Parker (Toowoomba) in March 2000.
• In March 2003 appointed as Managing Director.
• Leadership of a team of 10 valuers and 3 admin staff.
• Merged Stanton Hillier Parker (Toowoomba) with Herron Todd White (Darling Downs) Pty Ltd in March 2010.

• Appointed Director of Residential Division in March 2010.
• Management of a team of up to 25 valuers and 8 Administration staff.
• Undertook a wide variety of residential, rural and commercial valuations across south-west and western Queensland.
• Completed professional development program (Creating Leaders Essential Leaders Program) in 2013.
• Multiple nominations in HTW's national employee awards for excellence.
• Oversaw the highest staff engagement score for a HTW entity for two consecutive years.
• Developed and mentored new talent and created a employee to Director pathway program.
