Summary

I am s safety orientated, hard working individual with a history of work in high risk and challenging environments. After completing my trade as a Shopfitter and Joiner, I spent the first 11 years of my career manufacturing Motorhomes with Winnebago Industries in various roles including multiple supervisory positions responsible for teams of staff, production and quality control.

In 2007, I changed careers and began working for the Department of Justice NSW as a Correctional Officer. In this time I have progressed to First Class Correctional Officer and held high risk roles including within the Immediate Action Response Team. I have experience working in highly regulated environments and always undertake my duties with professionalism and in accordance with policy and procedure. I have a history of commitment and progression within my roles however after nearing 17 years within the Department of Justice I am now ready for a change and feel that I have transferrable skills for this role.

I am physically fit and healthy and am very interested in seeing where a career in underground mining may take me. I look forward to hearing from you in relation to the next steps.
