During my time in this position I worked with multiple clients of all different disabilities, both one on one and in groups. This job required me to assist clients with their daily activities such as making meals, assisting in their eating, helping them get dressed, take them to do recreational activities as well as emotionally support them and track their behaviour and document their well being and physical and emotional progress.

In this job role I worked alongside a large group of people, we had different roles and worked together to ensure a safe, well run job site. This job required me to be switched on as I directed traffic flow and monitored inspections to ensure the safety of vehicles, passing pedestrians and other workers.

I worked as part of a busy team in three of the store's locations as a waiter providing front-of-house service which included: handling cash, packing orders and customer service. Through this job I gained a lot of experience and resilience as I worked alone on busy nights and trained new staff.
