Welcoming, acknowledging and greeting guests who arrive onsite., Cocktail mixing knowledge, Wine knowledge, Layer shots and manage beer taps/ change kegs, Mixing and serving alcoholic beverages to customers, Ensuring that the bar is always well stocked with a wide selection of wines & spirits., Advising guests on their choice of alcohol based on previous orders., Washing up glasses, dishware and utensils and then putting them in their own place and closing bar duties, Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, Clean or sanitize work areas, utensils & equipment.

• Cheese knowledge for wine including Brie, Bocconcini, Manchengo, Blue cheese, Cheddar, Gruyere, Gouda, Goats & Parmesan selections.
• Learn menu items and describe them appropriately to guests.
• Deliver beverages & food in a timely manner.
