During my tenure at Coles Supermarkets in Port Lincoln, I held the position of night fill team member for more than a year. In this role, I took on significant responsibilities, including independently managing both the meat department and the online department. This involved ensuring that shelves were stocked and organized efficiently, maintaining the quality and presentation of meat products, and overseeing the fulfillment of online orders with accuracy and attention to detail. My ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work autonomously contributed to the smooth operation of these departments, ultimately enhancing the shopping experience for customers.

During my employment with EG Group, I served as a console operator, responsible for delivering top-notch customer service while managing a variety of tasks. This role involved promptly addressing incoming calls and effectively troubleshooting any issues encountered within the store environment. I took pride in my ability to handle inquiries efficiently and resolve concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
