As a Nightfill Manager at Coles Erina, I am responsible for overseeing the store's overnight replenishment operations, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked, displays are well-presented, and the store is prepared for the next trading day. I lead and manage a team of 10-15 employees, delegating tasks effectively to maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity. Each night, I oversee the unloading, sorting, and stocking of approximately 3,000 cartons, ensuring all products are accurately placed according to store layout and merchandising standards.

My role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills to address challenges such as stock shortages, space constraints, and tight deadlines. I work closely with my team to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and uphold Coles’ safety and compliance standards. I am responsible for training and mentoring staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring all team members understand their responsibilities and perform at their best. Additionally, I collaborate with store management and inventory teams to ensure stock levels are maintained and replenishment processes run smoothly.
