My name is Chelsea Smith, I finished School in late 2020 and decided to have some time to my-self before I started my working career. I moved from Victoria to Queensland with my family in late December of 2021 to make a fresh start. I have a passion for beauty, and I plan on in the near future applying for a TAFE course so I can follow my dreams on being a beauty therapist with the hope that I might be able to open up my own beauty salon one day. My work experience is minimal however the experience I have had has taught me the importance of being honest, a team player, punctual and respectful towards customers. I have also learnt not to take it personal when a customer has a complaint or grievances concerning my work, instead I use these scenarios as a learning experience so I can deliver a more quality service next time. I am hard working, motivated, and I am approachable. I would love to work in the retail industry, hospitality, or any customer service area because this will give me more experience working with people which in return will give me the confidence, I need to be a great beauty therapist.
