Summary

The position of a senior Correctional officer is an opportunity that I am genuinely interested in and eager to accept as I intend to further my career within Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW). Backed by my experiences within positions held within CSNSW, I have developed key skills which I believe shall make a significant contribution to this role. I understand the key responsibilities of a Senior Correctional Office and have gained rich experience in all areas. Throughout my experience within corrective services, I have performed duties with professionalism and diligence to maintain the good order of the Centre ensuring a high standard of continuous static and dynamic security. I have provided oversight to offender and officers whilst always demonstrating a duty of care and displaying resilience and courage whilst showing the Ability to always maintain confidentiality. I have a commitment to support and contribute to the strategies strategic projects to achieve the premiers' priorities and I am confident that if I am given the opportunity, I will not just add value to this position but ultimately CSNSW.
