Processing Special consideration applications (up-to 40 per day in peak) - following University policies of record keeping, information management, privacy, and compliance - managing Student Equity and Disability Services (SEDS) inbox - engaging empathically and professionally with students' situations - exercising sound judgment and assessing applications based on policy, precedent, and guidelines.

Managing internal RMIT Online and RMIT University stakeholders - teambuilding - member of RMIT's Diversity and Inclusion working group - organising events for Student Success Team and entire RMIT Online office including a 3-day conference, office trivia, and a monthly movie club.
Experience with many IT and administrative systems: including Salesforce; ServiceNow; Atlassian's Jira; Monday.com; Microsoft 365 Suite; Canvas; Miro; and confluence.
