• Counsel, educate and coordinate patient care under the guidance of clinicians, to provide holistic care for patients undergoing fertility treatment
• Build rapport with patients to create trust and ease the burden of treatment
• Ensure standard of care delivered in accordance with patient advocacy standards, open disclosure and privacy polices
