Skills
Being a committed member of the Best and Less team for over 2 years, has allowed me to adapt to the fast-running way of business and develop strong relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and loyalty. I gained the skill of consistently achieving KPI’s and developed my ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries and concerns while under pressure and with a positive mindset and attitude. This position has allowed me to understand the importance of teamwork and exceeding personal targets, through my senior role, to contribute to team sales as well as enhance communication and confidence within the workplace.
Through being a Youth Ambassador for the Massoud Foundation, I work closely with refugees and individuals who have struggled with hardship and volunteer my time and compassion in creating workshops aimed to bridge the gap between young Afghans and the wider Australian community. This role has further developed my skills of project managing, personal initiative and both individual and group leadership, fostering positive relationships and attitudes across a community.
