While working at Cafe Lema, I learnt how to manage myself in a fast paced work environment. I learnt how to obtain successful communication and conflict resolution skills I also learnt how to work efficiently in a team setting. Working here has taught me necessary skills such as:

• General cleaning by sweeping and mopping floors, washing dishes and emptying waste.
• Prepare beverages and adherence of quality and safe food-handling standards.
• Maintaining clean and organised work environment.
• Collaborated with team members to consistently deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

At Pandora as a Christmas casual I learnt to connect with customers and work in a well presented sales team. I was responsible for selling Pandora products, merchandise and service in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. I was able to welcome and identify customer needs, explain products and ensure for the best possible experience.
