· Management and delivery of Relocation of Fibre 3rd Party requests i.e. RMS/Transport/Light Rail/West Connects/North Connects.
· Manage International Southern cross cable station for faults and break-fix of powered section – including civil build activities. Landing Party Manager for Indigo & SX & SX Next includes Google/Telstra/AArnet
· Providing guidance and strategic direction for Fibre standards in Optus and deployment.
· Manage and set AOP across Capex and Opex stretches.
· National Fibre Lead for National Field Operations Infrastructure Design Management Lead house on Fibre standards and quality. DBYD prime for Optus interface on Optus records.
· Accountable for NSW/ACT civil build delivery of Mobile, Core & OW/OB programs.
· Manage deliverables for Data center growth and Hubs builds.
· Manage PTW’s (Permits to work) escalation for all migrations works associated with build activities for afterhours work.
· 24/7 On call for major outages to our Network – with a “Not on may Watch” approach to Networks SA3 green.
· Supporting NSW Project Managers on delivery timeframes on CORE Fibre builds.
· Developing leadership amongst the team to grasp an understanding of the strategic importance to the business of the products we deliver.
· Accountable for the management of Optus staff performing Eo’s.
· Accountable for quality control and WHS systems within the team.
· Managing quality of group’s output to ensure all services meet agreed quality measures.
· Support sales groups when services are escalated or rescheduled in order to meet customer expectations.
· Working closely with line management to ensure resources are used efficiently and effectively by managing peaks in order volumes and staff absences.
· Managing staff training and development to continually enhance skills and knowledge, career development and succession planning.
· Developing leadership amongst the team to grasp an understanding of the strategic importance to the business of the products they deliver.
· Working with the Product Management to ensure provisioning requirements and constraints are incorporated into product modifications and new product development.
· Ensuring staff members contribute to all relevant Customer Provisioning lead-house forums in order to deliver a consistent provisioning approach.
· Conduct ongoing staff development reviews including bi-annual PDRs for all direct reports.
