  • In order to meet the RLSSA's GSPOs, I am responsible for overseeing a team of 5-16 lifeguards at one time, ensuring the safe operation the aquatic venue.
  • My role involves overseeing event management and bookings, ensuring that they are executed according to the scheduled time, utilizing a Bookings and Management System.
  • Conduct water chemistry tests on eight pools, ensuring all aquatic facilities and operations comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation.
  • Providing a reliable point of escalation for members of staff and also the public for incidents such as first aids, antisocial behaviour and evacuations.
