
I have spent the past 20 years in health care and aged care assessment. Through my career I have developed skills in customer service, critical thinking, multi-tasking, working with people from diverse backgrounds including clients who have been unhappy with the service they have received, and seen them go their way satisfied. I am well organized, manage my time well, and able to problem solve on my feet, and work under pressure while keeping a calm demeanor. I work well in a team, with people at all levels of the organization.
