Reporting to Director of Operations of APAC, responsible for all aspects of safety in AU and NZ Manufacturing plants, demand and production planning, procurement, production, logistics, and co-directing warehousing and distribution for AU manufacturing and distribution site.

• Successfully migrated finished goods stock from 3PL to current 3PL with no disruptions in processing orders to customers.
• Implement new way of production planning and scheduling for NZ manufacturing plant which resulting in improvement in DIFOT from 78% to >95% within 6 months and remain at those high level until now.
• Co-develop and implement end to end sourcing strategy which resulting in reduction of COGS by 15 - 20% for top 10 products and increasing production efficiency (OEE) from 65% to 70%.
• Co-implement and selecting new equipment required in production facility through minimal CAPEX. Resulting in doubling production output in the main production line and reducing capacity utilization from 99% to 75%.
• Through strategic sourcing and negotiations, improving process with 3PM by selecting products that can be moved into full turnkey supply which resulting in COGS saving by 12% and improvement in process flow while maintaining IP protected products.
• Successfully migrated raw material stock from 3PL to current 3PL without any disruptions in product availability for production and achieving 40% savings in warehouse and distribution cost.
• Co-negotiated long term contracts with freight partner which resulting in reduction of distribution cost by 35% YTD.

Reporting to Director of Operations APAC, managed all aspects of safety in production plant, demand and production planning, contract negotiations with local suppliers, 3PL management for incoming goods and imported goods and inventory level.

• Maintained minimal disruption to supply chain during the COVID-19 period. Keep achieving DIFOT over 94% during the lockdown period.
• Maintained inventory level, improving stock turns from 3.5 to 5.
• Strategic planning and sourcing. During the beginning of COVID-19, successfully negotiated supply plan with new overseas supplier to minimize disruption during China lockdown period. Successfully converted over 70 SKUs with the new supplier from artwork preparation till delivery of the first container within 6 weeks.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure projects aligned with company goals and objectives.

• After 2 months, being integral part of ERP Software (Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) implementation by handling Procure to Pay, Plan to stock and Warehouse Management.
• Develop training plan, training module and provide training for production staff to use the new ERP System.

• Create, maintain, and ensure that monthly production plan and weekly production schedule are adhered and completed.
