• Conduct Assessment Planning for UG Exams.
• Provide Astra support to academics before Terms start and during final exam periods
• Handle enquiries of administrative nature from staff (e.g. enrolment information, due dates, etc.)
• Handle students and staff access and permissions to Moodle & Astra
• Answer various kinds of enquiries from UG students via phones, emails & CRM. Act as a first point of contact for the School, providing high quality customer service to prospective, enrolled students and staff.
• Coordinate with the student services team to address and resolve complex individual student issues and enquiries requiring extra support through the provision on the one on one appointment with student.
• Keep thorough, accurate, up-to-date case notes and ensure all advice work is delivered to agree quality and consistency standards.

• Schedule Honours meetings, milestones (presumably calendar invites)
• Liaise with FOU and Admissions Team regarding flying students interviews and grades
