• I work back of house at the Historic site
• At port Arthur, I make various different kinds of food.
• I am required to remember all processes and ingredients of 4 different types of sandwiches 3 different types of rolls and many other meals.
• There is lots of food prep and cleaning up that I am familiar with and can provide the skills I have learned.

from working this job I have leant the importance if keeping places clean. after each shift we have to tidy and clean the whole kitchen. this consists of scrubbing the floors and then mopping. clearing and wiping all the benches and then drying them, and washing all the deferent kitchen equipment that was used throughout the day.
