My name is Maddison and I am a 25 year old female. I have lived in Brisbane my whole life. I am a trained and high achieving salesperson, specializing in face-to face sales, prospecting business and elite customer service. I have experience in Private & Business-to business sales, sales & product training and showroom planning, as well as detailed product presentations. I am a goal kicker; target exceeder and I am looking to expand my career in sales and customer service. I am wanting to broaden my horizons in sales, to explore selling and servicing different products to different customer bases. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my partner, his son (8). I am a classically trained musician, beginning my training at age 5 working my way towards high achievements in many musical disciplines and instruments. I still play for pleasure in my down time.   • My previous experience in sales has elevated me to this position where I have not only made work achievements, but personal too! For 2023, I was awarded “Guru Status” meaning I consistently sold and delivered above target (18) every month
  • This role has also solidified to me that sales is my passion and where my skill set and personality really shine
  • Motorama has also provided me more training for sales than ever before, with one on one and group training monthly
  • My role here entails the typical car sales daily jobs i.e
  • Test drive, qualifying clients, assisting with aftermarket and finance, as well as negotiation on trade ins and change over figures
  • I also am responsible here for showroom presentation, safety and cleanliness
  • One thing I take extra pride in in my role is customer satisfaction
  • Working with a brand like MG which is a fixed price product has grounded me in the sense that I need to sell myself more than the product in certain circumstances

  • Just because it’s a ‘budget’ product, does not mean the customer gets ‘budget’ service, is my motto! MG is a product with a fast turn over rate, with most vehicles being in stock for immediate delivery
  • Time management has never been more important to me than it is now
  • With limited time between sign up and handover, the client needs to be serviced fast and strong, often clients will arrange collection when purchasing the car
  • Managing my time to ensure nothing gets missed and all steps are completed at 100% efficacy is done by a very detailed personal calendar to ensure all payments, registrations, after care products, trade ins and finance is all settled and sorted in a very short timeframe.

  • Urban Cocina is a small family run café I worked for, run by Vale Jim George, I worked as a daily operations manager and food preparation & service attendant
  • I worked 2 days customer facing, whether it be making and serving coffees, fresh juice and a range of cabinet foods
  • This role also required order taking, cash handling and EOD banking duties
  • I Spent 2 days a week working in the kitchen under the owner/head chef preparing made-to-order meals, food preparation & cooking, food safe cleaning duties, food ordering and stock take
  • Every day it was my duty to ensure the entire café is running smoothly and efficiently
  • This role taught me discipline, how to multitask and maintain uniform performance under pressure and how to always remember & respect the ship’s captain in life, whether it be the head chef, manager or boss.
