Summary

I am a sales and product professional with experience in both the German and the ANZ markets. My background in sales gives me a strong understanding of customer needs, while my technical apprenticeship helps me communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand product details. Since July 2025, I have taken on product management tasks for the AU/NZ market in addition to my core responsibilities. Although this was a new field for me, I adapted quickly and now support market-specific adaptations, coordinate technical topics with HQ and contribute to product-related decisions. I work collaboratively, structure complex topics clearly and enjoy growing in the product area. I began studying International Management in October 2025 to strengthen my strategic and analytical skills.

  • Oversee the full vehicle order process for Penske, enabling independent ordering and ensuring accuracy.
  • Coordinate all shipping activities from Europe to Australia and align planning between MAN HQ and Penske.
  • Manage forecasting (RVP & Sales Forecast), multi-year market planning and development of business plans, including the potential launch of MAN Financial Services ANZ.
  • Prepare content for internal management and BRM presentations (market outlooks, competitive insights, segment performance, strategy recommendations).
  • Build internal dashboards covering stock, forecast accuracy, unsold units and long-term volume planning (up to 2030).
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis (Kenworth, Volvo, Scania) and support strategic sales decisions.
  • Support technical market adaptation projects (e.g., E-Transformer 6x6, 8x8 Prerunner, Rio Tinto 8x4), coordinating requirements and feasibility with MAN HQ engineering.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment between Penske, MAN HQ and logistics teams; act as escalation point for commercial, technical and operational issues.
  • Since July 2025: Responsible for product management tasks in AU/NZ, including market-specific product changes, technical alignment with HQ and support for portfolio decisions.
  • Lead the demo vehicle program (guidelines, KPIs, processes, vehicle selection, budgeting, performance tracking).
  • Delivered FAB and Teknosell trainings tailored to ANZ; speaker at Sales Conference Cebu 2025 on value-based selling.
  • Support customer meetings, tenders and technical discussions.
