Summary

After spending most of my life in operating heavy machinery I knew it was time for a change. So I move over to the disability sector. It has been the best decision I've ever made. I work with Children and clients with high behaviours and all other various personalities and I found it to be the most rewarding role I've ever had. Over the short time in this career I've proven my self as a caring and reliable staff member who put the clients needs first.
