- Assists in various surgical procedures specialising in Cardiac, Thoracic, Robotics (Cardiac, Thoracic, Urology, General), Urology, General, Colorectal, Obstetrics

- Works closely with the Cardiothoracic and Robotics team to organise special instruments, equipment and prosthesis needed for various procedures

- Actively learning new skills such as Endoscopy, Obstetrics, Gynaecology and scouting in other special procedures such as Orthopaedics and Neurosurgery

- Able to work hand in hand with a multidisciplinary team and provide inputs about previous work experience to enhance and improve current practices

- Scrubs and Scouts in various specialties such as General, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Endoscopy, Colorectal

- Works closely with the surgical team to provide optimal nursing care while observing the National Safety and Quality Health Service

• Extensive training and experience in Cardio-thoracic surgeries as a Scrub/Scout Nurse
• Educates new staff learning Cardiac specialty and also assists in organizing the specialty while working closely with the cardiac team
• Trained and well experienced in other specialties such as Robotics, General surgery, Vascular, Urology.

• Rendered direct care and nursing teachings to patients during the Preoperative, Intra-operative and Post-operative phase for continuous patient care
• Performed either being a Scrub Nurse (assisting the surgeon with preparation and instrumentation) or as a Scout Nurse (assisting the needs of the surgical team as well as ensuring completeness of the Operating Room) in a fast paced area of diverse cases ranging from general surgeries to delivery room cases.

• Assisted in various cardiovascular operations while coordinating with the multidisciplinary team
