I have worked for BWS/Endeavor Drinks Group since 2012, During this time I have worked across multiple sites in sydney from supermarket attached sites to ALH venues, I was appointed as licensee to the punchbowl site in 2019 and now currently run 2 sites, both Canterbury plaza & Earlwood as Licensee and manager. Throughout my time with the company I have gained valuable skills in a multitude of areas such as inventory management, collaborating with local breweries, payroll, RSA compliance and team managing. Most recently I have been tasked with running 2 sites to which I am one of the youngest managers to do so. I also work as a beer ambassador or the company in which i help facilitate the growth and education of our Pinnacle line of products in our area group with off site training of other managers, My time with the company has helped me build a great network of connections within and outside of Endeavor Drinks Group which helps my sites flourish.
