  • I started My Career in 2007 with Medicare Australia. My Job Entailed processing Medicare Claims as well as Medicare Enrolments for Newly arrived Migrants, Registration of Babies into Medicare and pharmaceutical claims as well as processing Organ Donor Registrations.
  • Also various Other Tasks. Including Change of address updating Bank information and Immunisation Updates, Quality Checking Other Staff work and Balancing Cash of an afternoon.
  • In 2012 I relocated into a Centrelink Office when Medicare Become one Agency with Services Australia, And Learnt to Process Prison Release claims, Jobseeker Claims and Parenting Claims.
  • I also work on Front counter and process various updates including Sale and Purchase of Property and Updates for Older Australians including Financials Updates eg Share updates, Bank and Coding new Super Income Streams assisting with getting online.
  • Also Phoning Customers, Assisting with Claim Lodgement going through all the Questions and assistance to gathering Documents.
  • I also Assist with Families Inquires about payments and assistance needed and general Child care Questions.
  • I'm also a Quality Checker for Various services.
  • When required I have travelled to other offices to train Staff in Medicare as alot of offices have limited Knowledge.
