Provide admin support for both Perth Swan and Perth After Hours Clinics and the Street Doctor Service
Report any non-conformance or problem areas to the Practice Manager
Encourage ideas and feedback from team members at the clinic when developing and refining techniques and processes so all staff members are an integral part of the team
Orientate and provide training for new staff
Ensure all shifts are covered by appropriate staff
Produce end of month debtors list and end of month statements for all clinics
Reconcile and submitting online claiming
Daily banking and following up workers compensation claims
